BIOGRAPHY
Christelle is a legal practitioner with experience in corporate law and tax advisory. She previously worked at a chartered tax advisory firm, where she assisted on complex tax matters, including M&A transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate restructuring. She also trained in the corporate department of a Tier-1 law firm in Mauritius, gaining expertise in transactional corporate law and advising both local and international clients.
Christelle’s practice primarily focuses on reviewing legal structures and advising on corporate and finance transactions. She also handles tax controversy matters and assists clients throughout investigations and assessments conducted by the Mauritius Revenue Authority. She regularly appears before the Assessment Review Committee and other tribunals.
